2D floor plans show the layout of a property or space from above. It will often show the walls and room layout, plus fixed installations like windows, doors, and stairs. 2D means the floor plan is a “flat” drawing, without perspective or depth, - Your floor plan can be finished in black & white or colour with metric and/ or imperial measurements and will incl. the total internal floor space of each floor and the entire property. - Floor plans can incl. outdoor space i.e. gardens, terraces and driveways. - All floor plans accurately taken with laser measurers then processed The floorplan is then emailed directly to the client normally within 48 hours of the visit.
